As a private, non-profit educational institution, we are grateful to our generous donors, whose continued support makes so much possible for our
participants and for the growth of our programs. Our donors include individuals, organizations, foundations, and corporations. Among them are Friends of the Smokies, Great Smoky Mountains Association, Alcoa Foundation, Clayton Family Foundation, Cornerstone Foundation, the Tennessee Arts Commission, Toyota, and many others.
We appreciate the many donors whose gifts make our programs better in so many ways. Donations include outright gifts, memorial and honorary donations, matching gifts, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
You can help us make it possible to build the bridge for others to join in and learn about the Smokies. Help us continue to give students exciting experiences including:
- hiking to the waterfall to learn about geology
- getting in the Middle Prong to study stream life
- participating in research on salamanders
- writing about what the National Park means to them

Another way to support Tremont is by giving your time. Volunteers with many different skills are needed to assist at Tremont. Needs vary so please contact us for more information on volunteer opportunities or visit our volunteer page for current projects and their progress.
Thank you for your interest and your willingness to help.
