Last Week to Register for Tremont’s Scavenger Hunt: A Great Smoky Mountains National Park 75th Anniversary Event
(Great Smoky Mountains) – Registration ends Monday, March 2nd for Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont’s Scavenger Hunt to be held Saturday, March 7th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Put together a team of your friends, co-workers and family for the Scavenger Hunt, a Great Smoky Mountains National Park 75th anniversary sanctioned event that includes questions and hands-on activities involving information and places within the national park.
Registration is $50 per team. You may have as many people on your team as you like, provided all fit into one vehicle. As it is illegal to remove items from the park, one digital camera with a flash memory card will be required per team.
This event is limited to 200 people, so register today by calling 865/448-6709. Registration forms and more information on the Scavenger Hunt can be found at www.gsmit.org/hunt.
